We're working alongside other music education organisations to find solutions that benefit students, musicians and their employers, to lift the sector as a whole.

We Want

• Equitable pay structures, rates and minimum engagement periods
• Paid professional development opportunities
• Superannuation
• Greater job security for music educators, particularly workers who are casual employees, on fixed-term contracts or independent contractors
• Government investment into comprehensive primary, high school and community based music education, to ensure equitable access.
